The top plate has a laser cut feel to it, the two holes are for mounting. It has a nice quality feel to it, Hardwareslave are suckers for anything like this, looks geeky!
The cooler isn’t that big, you will have no RAM clearance issues during or after installation.
The heatpipes are of particular note, being longer than the average cooler but squat down.
The yellow clips are plastic, so not as anti-vibration as rubber, but providing isolation for the fan from the heatsink. Them bendy heatpipes!

If you are looking for a good looking solid performing cooler, that's slightly smaller than your average tower cooler, you need to consider the Reeven Justice RC-1204. If you want evidence, the sound performance is all you need. A good BIOS fan profile set up will give you something well worth the money.
