On closer inspection you can see the two drive bays installed and then removed, we prefer removed and designed our build that way.
There is a couple of fine meshes installed in the front, and top grills with a secondary plastic removable mesh on the inside of the front panel. This additional plastic mesh can be removed and washed.
With the motherboard tray removed there is ample access to most parts of the chassis, and an easy installation of the motherboard as well. On last point, the fans have dual connectors, not a feature we like, but we are fussy. Some may find them a god send on motherboards with limited fan headers.
Test Build
We didn’t include an optical drive as we don’t really use them any more. We chucked in some of our current test components, including a Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 Nano and a NZXT Kraken X61 AIO CPU Cooler. We toyed with the idea of the Fury X, but the AIO cooler in the top of the chassis took up space right where we needed it. We plan to fit the AIO cooler to the front and install the Fury X at some point, using the top rear fan, it’s a perfect placement for the Fury X radiator.

The Raijintek Aeneas falls into the "good build" category, and for most modders out there, the external design features, that individuals do not desire, are just the next challenge. The Raijintek Aeneas also has a windowless variant and a black version too. You need to consider that you get this for around £60, which is excellent. Easily recommended.
