The Asus Rampage V Extreme Motherboard is behind for every result barring the last one in our IOMeter Read tests.
We would say its pretty much neck and neck in the write tests.
We used the MSI GTX 970 GAMING Twin Frozr V for our gaming tests and set the driver up as follows;
As always, Battlefield 4 results first.
Not a good start but we can put that down to server/map load. It is neck and neck pretty much after that with the Asus taking a smoother path to glory.

We really enjoyed our time with the MSI X99A Gaming 7 Motherboard. It has a feel and quality to it that gives it a bit of an X Factor, and not in the trash TV sense. The bundle is a bit naff and we felt it had been thrown into the box without much care and attention. Once it was up and running however, it was a charmer.
