Next, Alien: Isolation UHD, and this shouldn’t pose too much of an issue for the GPU’s on test. It’s such an optimised graphics engine that it should handle the resolution just fine, right? Well it did measure up to our view with all GPU’s on test showing superb FPS for a UHD test. We are using the same ultra settings for all games in the UHD tests as we did in the 1080p tests, we don’t make any compromises when testing resolution, there’s no point.
An honourable mention here is the XFX R9 390X once again. The 8Gb VRAM is allowing the GPU some freedom and giving as much headroom as possible for big resolution rendering. The Super Jetstream GTX 980 Ti wins outright though, all GPU’s perform well with this game and the resolution.

If you don't get a couple of AMD HBM graphics cards for your rig, and would prefer a single card set up, this is the card for you. The cooling package and the GPU core speed increase impacts in a really balanced way, but always for the better. It's good-looking too, and the sound performance is as good as a GTX 970, it's only the price you need a strong stomach for. This product is recommended, however it received a lower score than usual due to the packaging issues we have seen. Get a good one and you'll love it!
