AMD let loose Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition CPU
Today AMD has taken off the covers of its latest desktop processor, the Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition (Black Edition). This new baby is designed to compete not against Intel’s Core i7 range of processors, but the older Core 2 Quad series of processors. It comes with a core clock speed of 3.2GHz, which is 200MHz higher than the previous high-end Phenom II X4 940 CPU.
