ASUS Maximus III Gene Motherboard Review
ASUS is the biggest name in motherboard brands in every likely every corner of the planet currently. ASUS is a master of targeted product lines and marketing. An example of that is the Republic of Gamers brand. The motherboards sold under the “ROG” branding are designed with features that appeal to the gamer and all around computing enthusiast, but wouldn’t necessarily appeal to the workstation or budget crowds. The “Republic of Gamers” will be referred to as “ROG” from here on out for simplicity. Cooling and overclocking features are usually amongst the highest priority in the design.
