For a definite ‘whaaat ?’ moment check this out. Over at CES OCZ has put some cool stuff on display, though Enterprise datacenter oriented this little 3000 MB/sec performing puppy caught our attention.

It is a PCIe based NVMe Flash storage SSD that can manage sustained reads up-to 3000 MB/sec and writes up-to 2000 MB/sec. The PMC Sierra controller supports NVMe connectivity and power modes is switchable to enable even higher performance.
