Cryorig H5 Ultimate CPU Cooler Review
Introduction
We reviewed the Cryorig R1 Ultimate CPU Cooler last month and really liked it. In fact, we gave it a Recommended award and 4.5 out of 5. It’s Cryorig’s flagship cooler, so it should have been good, and it is. Now we have a look at the Cryorig H5 Ultimate CPU Cooler, a slightly different type of cooler to the R1 but still boasting rich features such as Hive Fin, a Jet Fin and turbulence reduction system that we are assuming will help a lot!
But seriously, if you want to be impressed by the stack of design features the H5 carries, have a look at their H5 micro-site. In the meantime, what do we think? If it lives up to the hype, it should be a truly amazing cooler. The supporting micro-site also has some superb content, so check it out. On with the show.

The Cryorig H5 Ultimate comes well packed and thoughtfully protected. A little more premium than the R1, but not my much. You get a bundle of accessories including thermal paste and a nice black anodised screwdriver.
The H5 uses the same XF140 as the Cryorig R1 Ultimate CPU Cooler which is not a bad thing. The H5 shares many features with the R1, which again, is no bad thing. With a lower sized, TDP and heat pipe count, you are getting the same level of quality from the H5, but with a lower cost and scope than the R1.
